C2=C14=47nF. R30=1k. R18=10k. Add a 100nF cap in parallel to C23. C11 is an electrolytic. And finally, important, not Q7 is the correct output, but Q9 (pin13)! Q7 was right when using 256Hz as signal. But we changed it to 64Hz.
