My reasons are somewhat attitude-based. After all, they seem to think we're here to keep them in business, and their only responsibility is to lie as much as possible about their products to keep us doing that.

They lied to all of us about their product(s) and denied that they didn't work even after they withdrew them from the market because they didn't work.
