The manufacturer's websites will have listings of their local offices & distributors. Obviously, you can't demand anything - you need to ask very nicely, and present yourself as a worthwhile student working on a worthwhile project... Atmel representatives usually favour Colleges /students with freebies maybe you could contact them .They would even be happy to change your college mind to AVRs . BTW mouser.com too is well priced and very prompt . Farnell/Newark of UK looks costly ? though I prefer Farnell for few quantities for prototype developments. -Ap |
