Yes, I'd noticed that.

I definitely think that it should be mandatory to preview any change before before Posting becomes possible.

Even without any formatting, a preview can show up typos, etc.

Of course, you can't force people to take any notice of the preview, and probably the ones most likely to need it are the one least likely to use it, but at least the opportunity is there.

Maybe the label on the button should say, "I have checked this carefully in the Preview and it's good to post"...

Maybe there also needs to be another button that says "The formatting's not right - what should I do?"
