I do want o use the C320 for learning purposes and messing around, I dont care if its old and alomst all ports taken after memory is attached. My only advantage is to learn something.
YES. indeed, you will learn 'something'. The question is, "do you want to spend a lot of time learning 'something' that you will never use again?".
I do have most of this wired up as it shows
this may give you additional trouble. The chip is pretty fast and the 'wiring' you might get by with using a slow risetime chip may very well be quite problemtic with a fast risetime. Keep your wires ultrashort and do not even think of using a 'pegboard'.
