The clue is in the name: AVRStudio; The 89S51,2 & 89LP52 are not AVRs - are they?!


Free for download from Atmel is the AT89LP Developer Studio package. As they say in one of the dialog boxes:

AT89LP Developer Studio is a Development Tool for the entire AT89LP
family of microcontrollers.

The AT89LP Developer Studio is free of charge and may be freely
copied and distributed in its original form.
