the Old Programmers required a High Programing Voltage 12 to 21 volts depending on the Chip. The Older the higher. The oldest chips required the that voltage applied to the Pins. New ones to just the Vpp pin. But you would need a cpu or a PC to control the data and address pins. Programming time 1 to 3 minutes as I recall. Erase time 30 minutes, or a few days in the sun. You could look at used equipment on eBay. |
