It Looks Possible in the data-sheet. You can connect a P/S2 Keyboard or Mouse directly to an 8052 Chip. There is plenty of code floating around.

P8755 why? It is really Old? and how will you program it? An 8255 and an EEPROM (Or Flash) would be less obsolete.
A modern chip with built in RAM is a much better choice. Some have a bootloader so you do not need a special chip programmer.
