If this is exactly what you need, then best go to the roots. SanDisk produces this stuff under the iNAND moniker. Digikey appears to have that stuff (search "inand"), although all of them are non-stock. Don't hope for a datasheet. I bet, more of SD-card makers stick this stuff together, haven't seen any yet.

Be prepared for all this stuff being BGA, as it is apparently intended primarily for the bored teens toys (read: small form factor), with the tightest packing of the balls one can imagine (yes, half a dozen of signals on whopping 169 balls). Not what you want to solder instead of the (mini-micro)SD card holder.

Throughout my ehm carreer I tried to avoid the PC-related stuff like plague (and nowadays the same would apply for the bored teens toys). It all vapourises way too fast for me, even if some of it seems to be very nice at the first glance.
