no, it does not "The ready-made board from SiLabs" and the USB dongle and ICE functionality and a 4k Keil eval cost $100 Supplying every techie we have with dongles, I have lots of SILabs devboards bought simply because the devboard is virtually free when you subtract the price of the dongle that comes with it. Thus I can not state this as a fact, but tend to believe that if you decide to use a SILabs devboard for 'production' you can negotiate a far lower price when excluding dongle and software. This, of course, has no bearing on supplying/requiring a devboard as a learning tool which is what this tread is about.
