I do not think Kai intended to demean the contributions of all other members it is just that English is not his first language.

To all others it is not so much a matter of caring for Mike’s contribution as a matter keeping control in the designated hands.

Mike on the other hand treated all forum members rather callously when he killed his page and severed the links to his graphics.
As I said about Kai's comments we should not judge hastily here but I can not help but suspect that Mike was fully aware exactly what killing his page would do.

A different perspective

As an Employer I certainly would not tolerate that type of action
(A mini temper tantrum for lack of a better description) but would take immediate steps to remove the employee to a position that such tantrums could not affect my business.
I would unhappily loose all the talent in that employee rather than risk the consequences of ignoring such a display.
It is not so different in this forum lack of control leads to chaos.
