ARM sells lic of core to chip makers.
So, if Keil is part of ARM,shouldn't the tool chain be a lot cheaper now?
We are in a way paying for the tool via the the chips we buy.

I suspect it only the price of top class tools of ARM that is keeping non ARM chip makers alive.
