As a christian
Do you believe that the maths which describes the universe, does it exist outside the universe or come into being because god created everything, does god understand how his universe works or is he above all that kind of thing? Is in fact reality just some kind of joke? I ask these questions because although I am an atheist I am interested in what theists believe. Cos old Plato, he thought that maths and numbers existed independently or the world, as real entities. Hence Platonic relationships being pure and unsullied by throbing lust |
