Actually my chuck is not collet type, it has a key to tighten the bit and on the contrary, it lowers the bit as I tighten it. Which is quit disturbing really. Every time I lift the Z 0 ref by 0.1 mm to compensate for this. I'm using the filler guage method and things are better.
