 		 #187245 - a new trick zeroing Z axis

I learned a new trick from youtube to zero Z axis. You lower the Z axis with the bit loosely in, once the bit touches the PCB you tighten the chuck to hold the bit at the PCB surface, then you lift it up 1.000mm and make Z reference 0.
