#169917 - I don't think so! Responding to: ???'s previous message |
From what I've seen, both here and in Europe, there's little new product development in progress at the moment, due in large part to the unavailability of venture captital.
Those who risk money on new products are "hunkered down" for now, and that leaves only the students doing the things that lead to posts on 8052.COM. That's led to the current preponderance of questions about homework and a few hobby projects, and not much about serious commercial work. When the majority of questions are from students, a larger proportion of them will be "homework", "gimme code", and "didn't search first" types. I do, however, believe that the students are gradually learning that they get better, faster, and more precise answers when they search than when they post, "Help me!" RE |
