I know why many people left this place, not because I have to assume anything but because they told me why. They say that this forum has become an unfriendly place. Many guests have trouble with the english language. Also, many of them have very limited access to the web. These two reasons make it nearly impossible for them to write detailed posts and to respond fast enough to the answers. Then, when they have opened a thread, it either becomes closed very fast, because they make any mistake or are accused to be lazy, or they are treated rude for their silly questions.

They tell that the 8052 forum was a nice place in the past but turned to an unattractive place due to the existence of too many professionals who are not really willing to help a newbie but enjoy to make a fool of him.

We professionals kill this forum. Because we treat newbies like thieves, bandits and people who are responsible for "airplane crashes". If we treat, for instance, a newbie not knowing what a "ring buffer" is like a criminal, as happened here, or if the word "urgently" in a thread is enough to convict a newbie as lazy student, whom's thread must be closed immediately, we shouldn't be surprised when they leave this forum and will never come back.

Each of us should overthink his attitude. Do we really welcome newbies with their silly questions and total lack of experience??
