I can't give you a number right now I have to see the manual but I'm sure the precision is better than 0.1%.
"I have to see the manual" so you base your 'design' on something you GUESS I doubt it (have never heard of 'hoki') the "industry standard" Flukes are twenty times less precise for ohms than volts. anyhow, if it is that precise, then why not just use it? ALSO, you are so enamored with your scheme that your blinkers keep you from realizing that the tempco of a 5% resistor is such that however precise it may be at the time of measuring, it will not be that precise in real life.
