hello board,

I was not sure my problem is considered on topic so I posted here in chat board. I hope I can get expert opinions.
you probably have noticed that in DMMs(especially if they are not calibrated) when user wants to measure currents with different ranges, he gets slightly different values in different ranges(eg. one range reads 12.1mA another reads 11mA). I need to fix this problem for a device I'm supposed to build with auto calibration functionality. I'm free to fix it in hardware or firmware. My current idea is to build a look up table for each range. do you have any better idea?
