This drift-nomogram allows the estimation of long-term drift at certain conditions:



Read it like that:
A 10k MBB0207 resistor which has to dissipate 0.2W power at an ambient temperatur of 70°C shows a drift of typical 0.4% after 50,000h (5.7 years).

In a tropical environment (high air humidity) this drift might be seen even much earlier.
