#147014 - If YOU would read what I posted
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Wherever did you get the idea that I or anyone else had an obligation to address each and every issue you raise? Do your own research Erik; no one here is your servant, and your time, despite what you think, is no more valuable than anyone else's.
Claiming that I raised the issue of using Linux for '51 developemnt makes me hunt for boots and a muckraker. YOU raised that in a previous thread. I never asked you to "do research" for me however, when you stated "tools for the '51 are available" I asked "which?". As far as "doing research" much has been done you will find many posts here and in other '51 related fora that ask "is xxx available for Linus" and the answer is "no"

How parochial. A prime example of the lack of thinking I referred to. Reread what I wrote Erik. I made no comparison to Windows, but merely provided a link to an article that points out some of the dangers of using Windows.
If YOU would read what I posted you would see that what I referred to was NOT what you state above but accuse Linux users of being "evangelists" or some other type of religious fanatic and to support my point I quoted you from a previous thread.

Erik

once more: I have no problem with Linus, just with those that evangelize that it is suitable for '51 development.
