I like idea for S/H analog memory - assuming it is used for non-repetative signal. In this case for 100x1nS sample points
will be needed - 100 S/H with with Toff<2nS and bandwidth 100..200Mhz - these S/H will need "monster" buffer to drive inputs. - trigger with propagation delay <1..2nS. - delay line with 100 outputs. I was not seen somthing like these. Massive parallelism for more than 4..8 ADC is other kind of monster. regards, Stefan |
