Work I had done for them independantly and other factors came into it.But sadly I didnt quie realise the extent to which the MD will go to in order to manipulate people.
I was reading the other day an article that was saying that most directors/managing directors would be diagnosed as having sociopathic/psycopathic personality disorders, which does make a lot of sense.
