Well a good employer WOULD share his profits with his employees.


Agreed, but the proportion of profit sharing is not going to be that impressive or big.

Then, will the employees in profit sharing companies be willing to financially bail out the company when they are in financial trouble? I dont think so.

I am actually trying to work out ways for profit sharing in my company but that is not working out to my expectations.
