What I'm looking for is a monitor of both RX and TX lines that are 3.3V TTL levels (at input of AND gate on schematic). The conversion from 3.3V TTL to RS-232 is necceary to be able to read on a PC.

It's starting to look like I won't find exactly what I want off the shelf so I'll probally either get a 3.3VTTL to rs-232 converter and somehow hack an AND gate to the inputs, or possibly design my own board and be done with it. I was hopeing (and still hold out hope) that someone out there might already have something like in their toolbox and might be willing to part with for a small fee:).
