those educated become less capable teachers education slip a bit .... So, in the end, to have anyone 'qualified' to attend a university you have to lower the requirement. One personal observation: I DO believe that ANY child is entitled to the best education we can give them, but feel strongly that with the emphasis currently in vogue, the best and brightest do NOT get "the best education we can give them". Thus, where are the future inventors, scientists, leaders going to come from? Erik |
