My point was, and continues to be, that people, as they are incapable of benefitting the planet, should, at least stop damaging it.

Fascism is a government form wherein government and industry are "in cahoots." That's what we have all right. I don't see where the eco comes in, though.

Government and big industry are working together in the same way the earliest cave men did. They defaecate in the back of their cave. Back when that was accepted behavior, it was because they could move on to a place that would support them. That's no longer the case.

The problem, of course, is that, while many of us have learned to "go outside," the big-industry types haven't.
