I am reluctant to add ferrite beads to the design because I have not seen any reference designs using this same family of chip that do so and because the FPGA maker (Xilinx) seems to recommend minimizing inductance in the PDS as much as possible (page 3 of this document: http://www.xilinx.com/bvdocs/appnotes/xapp623.pdf ).
