Things such as experience can not always be searched. No matter how simple problem it is, a "newbie" may just stuck with the problem with a (too) long time, which can be reduced if answered specifically. And sometimes a "newbie"(don't quite like this name) may not know that the problem was not brought out by what they think. (for example, 51 hangs up both when a dead loop in code and a lack of isolation to high voltage drivers) How would he/she knows just by reading previous posts? I do agree that searching before asking is necessary, and I agree with Craig's comments on FAQ. Stanley |
