They are, if they did not, I would stamp my little size 14 feet till I got them fired.

10-20, eh? I absolutely wouldn't trust a house that doesn't watch their setup any better than that.
I have been discussing this with the purchasing people and they are very "defensive" since same CM has made 10.000s of "all good" boards of another model. For that reason I am probably going to lose any "fire them" argument.

I hope you're not using those $15@q10K Silabs parts ...
I know of no so part, except when you choose the wrong distributor.
