Shoot him down! Erik, that's the most terrible scenario that can happen!! These boards are junk now, because you will never know, how the boards were treated during the rework!!! To my experience these boards become heavily overheated during the rework, even if professional tools are used! A such reworked PCB is a time bomb!

I thought, that these idiots are only sitting in Germany. I could write a whole book about such soldering and assembling disasters...
