You don't need to route the ground traces on top side, if you already have a ground plane on bottom side. Or did you mean the ground fill on top side, working as a shield for the various signal traces? Suresh, there are many evaluation boards available, dealing with this analog digital stuff. The according schematics can often be seen in their manuals or application notes of manufacturers of microcontrollers. If I remember correctly even in the datasheet of ADUC series proper schematics can be seen, which demonstrate how to manage the analog and digital grounds and much more. Have a look at this. Kai |
