Hello all,
Can any one guide me in understanding the circuit given in this link.

I would like to know the following.
How a capacitor could be used to limit current.
How the LED lights up with such type of series parallel connection. i.e., can any one tell me how the current flows in such a circuit that makes all the LED's light up.
Lastly, how could a 100R 1W Metal Oxide Resistor act as a fuse.
