Richard, I am prety sure that the problem is that I stop the xtal oscillator by touching the input pin of the amplifier/oscillator (pin 6 - high impedance). Apparently, if it stops during some specific internal action, the flash is corrupted or erased or whatever.
The same thing happens also by touching pin 6 to ground with a resistor of, say, 100 KΩ. Not always. 90% of the tries (more or less ;-) the MCU recoveries and software continue (or resets, by clock lost). But in the rest of the cases, the flash kaputs. I will try to investigate a little during next week. DC |
