this is what i understand

in simulater
we load hex file to simulater software in PC and observe
all registers ,ram,accumalater etc

in OCD
here we load hex file direct to our target chip (like we do when loading
the final programe in hex after succsesful and final hex fileis developed)
and observe all resisters ,accumalater etc. once again with some software
in a pc .
Have i understood right???
