1) We can not "Give you the solution" for "a" LED matrix. and "giving solutions" we leave to consultants. This forum is for helping you with YOUR work.

3) where did the 12V come from
4) In a design i saw why not base what you do on that
5) did you search the forum, you are not the first with this homework assignment.
