 		 #161971 - Help Needed:8051 and BDX54C
Kindly anybody can guide me to connect a LED matrix to 8051 through a transistor.
I m using transistor BDX54C. Now i tried it by giving +5 VCC to LED anode and through cathode, it went to collector and emitter in at logic 0 from 8051 pin. Now through a resistor base was connected to 8051 pin at logic 1. But it didnot worked. LED went on without any control from 8051. As far as i think i am making mistake in resistor values. Can any help?
