Here is the schematic, i know its horrible to see. But its all that i can do due to shortage of time. so see it and help me.
Let me again describe the problem: the led glows without giving any voltage from base means 8051. but i want to control the circuitry via 8051. i want that when i should give logic 1 at the pin to the base of BDX54C, LED should glow.
