Hi again 8052 experts. I have another newbie question. Whatshould be the proper wiring of the circuit involving AT49C0251? Does the placement of ground affects the perofrmance? The circuit also includes ULN2803 and MAX232. I have observed that the output of AT49C0251(1.5V at P1.4) is not sufficient to drive the input of ULN2803. Where should I put the grounds so that I can drive easily the ULN2803 and that the output of ULN2803 will be 3V?
