I took that circuit from a stable and working circuit. but i can't seem to make it work. what's wrong with it? can you post your diagram?

OH, how often have we heard about "a stable and working circuit" that does not work.

Your circuit is, at best, marginal and thus MAY work if "the other end" accept the marginal signals
