Your circuit is, at best, marginal and thus MAY work if "the other end" accept the marginal signals"

I did never see clean MAX232 on mother board
are you saying "PC" when you say "mother board" I have many "mother boards" that are not PC or even x86.

The reason you do not see MAX232 on PCs is that on PCs you have all kinds of voltages available and if you have +-12V much cheaper solutions than a MAX232 will provide correct RS232 lavels.
