Thats not the idea at all, an invention must be shown to be significantly different to anything existing. You just agree to show the world your idea and the patent if it is granted then gives you legal PROTECTION it does NOT allow you to claim any money. It gives you the legal right to sell,make ,licence your idea to someone else withone another person being able to copy your idea.
