It would be the ultimate stupidity to "mention of Dsp chips or processor type or resistor vaules or cap. vaules", if that was done the patent could be broken by changing a cap or a resistor.

I recall a patent that simply said "tracking baseline drift by ..." no components, just the method. That is a GOOD patent.

A flip-dot patent that specified the shape of the cutout in the flipper for the LED behind it was written so specific that a competitor could legally break it just by changing the shape of the cutout.
