These LiIon-batteries like it to be stored half charged. So, keep the battery charged at 40...60% and avoid high temperatures. Do not fully charge the battery after use. Don't store it fully or empty charged. Use "soft" charge cycles, which means, use it a bit, charge it a bit, use it a bit, charge it a bit...
