#169351 - Seldom upgrading OS on machines
Responding to: ???'s previous message
I did upgrade one machine from Windows NT 3.51 to NT 4. In all other situations, I have only built new machines and at tht time of buy decided what Windows version to use. Some machines have been bought for use with Linux, but a couple of older Windows machines have also been upgraded to Linux, since Windows machines for some magic reason tends to slow down significantly with age. Probably a hidden M$ "upgrade-me-now" feature that slowly kicks in.
