The company weekend getaway site. Let employees enjoy a weekend at the shack in the woods for no rent in exchange for doing some hours of product testing. Let'em take Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Friday to drive there and setup to test for say 5 hours and then maybe 3 more hours on Saturday. Rest of time is free time.

The challenge for the engineering staff back at the plant is to come up with some fairly simple to use semi-automated test procedures and test equipment that almost any employee could operate. Then the weekend get away benefit can be enjoyed by all in a perceived equal access process.
