Either use a proper antenna, or - if your devices has built-in antenna - buy a GPS repeater that has an outdoor receive antenna and an indoor transmit antenna.

Note that GPS repeaters are not too popular with neighbours since they can affect the GPS reception for people outside the effective working range.
