All my work goes in Subversion too. I wont work without revision control any more, and it solves the problem of multiple versions of files when you have multiple workstations. Work files don't get backed up on workstations because you can just pull the latest files out of the revision control system

The server does a nightly mirror and I cut a write-once CD once per month.
