#152504 - Linux Responding to: ???'s previous message |
In case anyone is interested...
I have a linux server running Debian that has network shares where the bulk of my data is stored. A USB drive is always connected and a backup script runs every night. It performs a full backup once per week at 1:00AM and a incremental backup all other nights at 1:00AM. Once every few days I rotate the USB drives, always keeping one off site. I also use Acronis Trueimage to perform periodic backups of my Windows PC, storing the backup on the Linux server, where it will be copied to the USB drive the following night. Andy |
