My understanding is that even though the online services can do incrementals as often as every 10 minutes, you can do a total restore as easy as cake. The services keep version histories of each file but you can just restore how the system was at a given date/time by specifying the date/time and it will restore everything accordingly. I personally don't do incrementals now. I just do full backups once a week or whenever I finish what I consider a significant section of code that I wouldn't want to have to write again.
